The Computer Studies and Mathematics department presently has four professionally qualified and experienced members of staff.  The department offers two subjects, namely;

– Mathematics for grades 8 and 9 at local JSSLE and Cambridge IGCSE level for grades 10 to 12.

– Optional Additional Mathematics at Cambridge IGCSE level from grades 10 to 12.

– Computer Studies at Cambridge IGCSE level for grades 10 and 11. The computer literacy / IT key skills are offered to grades 8 and 9.

Our vision is to be a leading practical department in Secondary Education on yearly basis by achieving unsurpassed excellent pass rates in all the two subjects.

As an interdisciplinary field of study we equip students with practical, social skills, knowledge and attitudes essential for success in a global society, through effective varied teaching methods and active participation by all stakeholders in order to achieve excellence.
